Thank you for your service. All the cocky downvoters will be 1st people bitching... muh car was broken into by a 10 time felon... should be in jail blah blah blah.

I can promise you the Dems are mobilized and we have the numbers to beat them but many of our voters are complacent and lazy and think, we got this. Then on actual election day say that they got caught up in work and forgot to go vote or didn't have time.

The best part is that it’s volunteer work so i get to get stressed and upset over my real job in policy where I get stressed and upset. It’s a vicious cycle of self destruction.

Thanks for being sincere, it’s easy to get wrapped up in defeatism. We MUST be more and due more or we as a party are done.

This is Louisiana. Republicans don’t really have to get out and vote. Most races don’t even have democrats.

Voted last week at the archives. It didn’t pass the eye test.

From the looks of things, it looks like I was the only Republican in the entire establishment.

Same.
The democrats are turning out in huge numbers all over the place because they're going to get their socialism by hook or by crook. Truth is the D's are too damn stupid to realize what that actually means. They just think they're getting more free shite.
You vote socialism in and then you have to fight your way out.

Who gives a shite if someone gets elected with an R or D next to their name. If you haven’t figured it out by now you get the same crap. The lack of anyone doing anything for 3 years, then a big push during election season where they promise all kinds of crap. They give you one little crumb and act like they followed through on all their campaign promises.

The whole system is designed to wedge the population against each other on stupid stuff that means absolutely nothing. Then the important stuff just gets tossed around and both sides yell about it for months at a time as if they are doing something about it.

And in another 4 years we will be doing the same crap. Taxes will keep going up, roads, schools, and what we get out of it will keep getting worse, and the same people will kick and scream at those who didn’t vote as if their 1 vote means anything.

The system is rigged.

As part of a campaign I’m working for, I’ve been monitoring daily early voting in the parish. Republicans are absolutely cooked in this parish. Dem turn out as far out pacing early voting for Republicans.

So that means everywhere the GOP is outpacing dems in early voting the dems are getting "cooked"? That is great, Louisiana is a shithole anyway.

EBR Parish Early Voting Numbers - Abysmal for Republicans

Have you taken a look at EBR Parish lately. Republicans moved out of that shithole a long time ago.

That’s a lot of words to justify voting for a Democrat lol it’s just as bad as the “both sides” argument

The sad thing is many of the democrats voters don’t even know what they are voting for. They just scream “I voted.” They are told what to vote for, herded like cattle to the polls, and downright ignorant. Gotta give it to the Democrats, they can get their party motivated.

EBR is a Democrat parish if St. George and Central aren't on the ballot. It's unfortunate, but true. I don't know about St. George, but Central is on the ballot. Mayor, police chief, a few other races, we'll see how it turns out, but it's only a matter of time. Everybody has been moving to Ascension and Livingston for the last 20 years. BR proper is as Democrat as it gets.
