They all do. He’s no different.

That was a very specific promise that is problem for the majority of Americans and unlike a lot of promises....we remember and are paying attention. Gas prices are lower and that helps but grocery prices arent coming down and in some cases continue to rise.

Why did some rando on X edit a photo?
since you are stupid I'll help out. The edited the date to pretend this is somehow Trumps fault even though he had barely taken office. They knew the March date makes the claim ridiculous but never thought someone would be stupid enough to still blame Trump for prices a few weeks into his presidency. They underestimated you though

Who cares about the date? Prime ribeye for $21 a pound isn't even that bad.

And the prices were derived by cow sold by contract 3 months earlier, Dec before Trump

Maybe for eggs. Not for beef you aren’t. Prices other than eggs haven’t lowered at all. Sorry this hurts your fragile feelings.

If those are 16 oz each… $27.50/lb for USDA Prime Ribeyes. I mean…it ain’t horrible. The HEB near my house is currently showing their Prime1 boneless ribeyes for $26.99/lb. $24.99/ln for bone-i

Company told me to buy myself and the wife some steaks for a job well done recently. Said put em on the company card. I went to the Superette in Eunice and got (2) 1.5” thick prime ribeyes… after tax… $96.

Really? What did you imagine I said?
I’ll spell it out for you retard.

A reasonable and logical person would see the date on the steaks (March 4, 2025) and realize that Trump was sworn in late January, less than a month and a half prior to this.

Thinking that a president could affect beef prices in that short of a time period is pure TBoy retardation.

I’m sure you thought it was a legit “gotcha” though. Retard.

No, they photoshopped out the date on the steaks front and center to hide the fact that it was right after Biden left office, but forgot to erase the date on the steaks to the right.

I agree. Would not have bought them if I had to pay for them. Pork is tasting pretty damn good these days.

Lol, my tuna and eggs I buy are much cheaper than under Biden.

I get not everything is lower, but prices on items did come down. Saying otherwise is just straight up lying.
