Let's be real. EVERYONE here agrees that forcing children into sexual slavery is a Very Bad Thing. I would be very surprised if EVERYONE here does not agree that such persons should be subjected to the full weight of the American criminal justice system.
But let's say that you think there are ten million such people, and another poster thinks there are maybe ten thousand of them. Is it not productive to try and find an accurate number, in order to plan and provide resources for the most appropriate response?
And how do you justify using words like "evil" to describe someone who believes the number to be different that you believe it to be? Do you understand how that might be viewed as ... a bit simplistic?

He does it all the time. If there is a thread that is indisputable that he doesn't like because it doesn't align with globalist agendas, he will search that thread for something mentioned tangentially and then try to start an argument about that if he thinks he can drag the thread off topic.

I've been critiquing/mocking the Satanic Panic and its progeny on here for like 15 years.
I was the first one to bring up the issue of the government changing the meaning of "sex trafficking" to maintain police state powers in the face of THC policy changes. It was pre-Trump so many people on this board weren't around for it (or legitimate political discussions, generally).
There are a handful of topics involving insane cognitive dissonance that I focus on. This is one of them. Crime stats are another. Jamarcus Russell being better than Matt Flynn, and Jayden Daniels being better than Nuss are 2 more non-political examples. The Wire season 2 being the best season of the Wire (and the GOAT season of any TV show) is another more fun one.
