Only in America, one can want to do more research and have more research done on long term effects of a vaccine, and still be labeled anti-science. Developing a hypothesis, supporting it and testing it is literally science.

Can you be pro-vax and not believe everyone should be vaccinated, or does believing a healthy college athlete or a healthy/fit 45 yo with natural immunity don't need to be vaccinated make a person "anti-vax"?

Too much is being made of "pro" and "anti". There's obviously a range of opinions and rationales, many of which, like yours might be, can be nuanced.
