I think when it passed in 2015 1 of the things they looked at was the TMobile free music offer and MetroPCS offerings free YouTube streaming.

to be fair comcast didnt help matters by being such a shitty company.
this is what happens when you run crying to the government to prop you up.
heaven forbid they actually have to compete & put the CUSTOMER FIRST because they have real competition.
instead of competing on internet capabilities when google came to town they whined about shite like google moving their cable box on the poles and shut down the rollout. and the local governments let them.
again, dont blame comcast. sooner or later they'll be filing chapter-11 like kodak and blockbuster unless their fix their shitty product.
