Around 1% behind Obama in approval, about 3% behind him in disapproval. Trump found his floor earlier, but has been there for a long time whereas Obama’s decline was more gradual.

But, Trump STARTED as a very polarizing figure. Obama began with "hope". Trump took no prisoners (even in his OWN primary races.)

Plus, he stuck a stick in the spokes of Princess HerTurn's bicycle. That pissed off the main stream press and they have waged war ever since.

So, the starting point was already lower and he has ben pretty much where others have been. The yelling is just louder.

I used Nate Silver’s poll aggregator which uses Rasmussen but weights it about 5% to correct for its obvious bias. They put a poll out that had Donald Trump’s approval rating with black voters at 40% which everyone knows isn’t close to true and which midterm elections proved untrue.

False.

This is just fricking dumb. You must be thinking of democrats who rape and beat women.
Already mentioned. It’s why Clinton couldn’t take Trump to task. Harris doesn’t carry that burden. Several Democrats don’t carry that burden. If one of these is nominated, look for that candidate to focus on Trump’s misogyny.

Good God, I couldn't imagine being compelled to vote/run on issues like this. That base has to be extremely stupid.

Why would a supposed Republican be in here carrying the water of Kamala Harris?

Another victim broken by Trump grasping at any branch as he plummets over the cliff into oblivion.

Neither is true of me.

All I’ve said of Harris is that she hasn’t the baggage that Clinton has and didn’t compare ICE to KKK. You’d have to be on a really heavy period to be so emotionally unstable to conclude from this that I’m carrying water for her.

You do realize historically it was one of the poorest showings for the party not holding the White House right?

Obama’s got waxed in the 2010 elections too. His approval-disapproval rating recovered in time for the 2012 elections. Trump will need that too if he wants to win.

Stupid people don't realize a very simple fact.

If you change the rules, you will change the voting habits.

How many Repubs in CA refuse to waste their time voting????????

Do you think that would change if we switched to a popular vote???

There are two types of democrat -- stupid or ignorant.

Actually 3 types, some qualify as both.

Probably about as many as there are Democrats in Texas who refuse to waste their time voting.
