Would love to see "stocks" placed on city court or county court lawns to place news media personnel in so the public can throw rotten fruit and vegetables at them for a couple of hours. To get placed in the "stocks" all news media personnel have to do is lie to us.

Plus, if he was capable of even doing a tad bit of research, its only a misdemeanor because BOTH SIDES have reasons: the right doesnt want to pay for the attorney if it was a felony, and the left doesnt want it to appear to be a 'serious crime', like Lemon is trying to claim
