Dominion got bought out by Liberty which is owned by a big Republican donor. So my guess the settlement was minimal at best . Lindell lucked out because the old Dominion had a case based on the settlement they reached with Fox a few years ago 787 million dollars.
New guys did not want the hassle plus Lindell is just about broke.

You do realize that since October Dominion does not exist. They settled with Giuliani for an undisclosed amount then sold to Liberty . But Dominion got 787 from Fox and roughly 65 million from Newsmax.
The Fox and Newsmax settlements happened as the cases were about to go to trial. So Discovery was probably not in any defendant's favor. Giuliani and Lindell are basically broke so these undisclosed settlements are not for much. The Dominion guys got 850 million in settlements between Fox and Newsmax...they then decided to pack up and live large with the money they have
This is not some great "win" for Lindell it just stops his bleeding. My Pillow has lost about 95% of its value since 2021.

They already cleared almost 1B in public settlements plus private. Then sold the company. There’s no way to spin this that Dominion didn’t arse frick everyone involved.

Texas analyzed Dominion voting systems three separate times and each time rejected them for various reasons along the line of being too easily manipulated.

Does stupid run in your family? Is it congenital? Or did you develop it as you got older? You do understand how settlements work? Do you need a primer in contract law. Fox and Newsmax were contractually obligated to deliver that money.....and they did or Fox an Newsmax would have bigger problems.

Would you really hold up a sale over a settlement against a guy who’s broke and judgement proof?
There’s also a very good chance a proxy settlement amount was included in the purchase price. That’s normal when there’s pending litigation especially when you have provable settlements for the same cause of action.
