Wrong. Dominion dropped it with prejudice and Lindell is releasing a video tomorrow that exposes even more. Hes accelerating, not going away.

My buddy Rebel says if you put $1.3 billion in the complaint then you can’t settle for less than $1B. That’s just the law, I think.

The Dim window lickers will burn up over this one. Unfortunately for us, we won't get the discovery that Lindell wanted from Dominion now. They were about to get bigly exposed.
This is why we can’t have nice things.

There’s also a very good chance a proxy settlement amount was included in the purchase price.
This makes even less sense. Let this thought run through your brain and try to fit it to what happened.
It won’t.

If you really believe this was a win for him then keep on keeping on bro. I’m not going to argue with clear delusion.

This board has been loud and wrong about dominion for 6 straight years
That FOX settlement kinda says it all and you think it would be the end of it, but nope, just more delusional bullshite

The lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice.
The parties reached a confidential settlement.
Both can be true at the same time.

I’m not arguing about Lindell. I’m pointing out your claims don’t make sense.

You don’t believe that pending litigation or regulatory action is accounted for in valuation during M&A deals? That’s really what you want to drill down on

It is not a quote from the "court" . It is a quote from the summary of a report submitted to the court by ASOG in 2020.

Sure. Some of it.
What’s unarguable is that :
1) Dominion failed to adjudicate anywhere near an acceptable level of ballots in key counties in key states in the 2020 election
2) Dominion has an unauditable system which doesn’t track user changes and edits
3) Unadjudicated ballots are ripe for fraud.

Oh, I believe it is. That’s why your claims don’t make sense.
If Dominion got paid in the sale for the value of the litigation pending, then the value was 0.

So all that value just vaporizes? You’re saying the new owner just took that one between the cheeks? Essentially paid on Mike’s behalf? If so then that’s one more person the Domion bros fricked pretty hard.
But you bring up a good point and probably the most interesting. How much of a favor did the new owner do Lindell in the settlement? I’m really curious what he left on the table.

You’re slowly catching up to your claim. You might even realize how little sense it makes in the next hour.

Some of you will believe the election was “stolen until the day you die. But it wasn’t and Biden was elected. This fantasy has become tired and boring.
The books will record this episode as one of those curious, quirky events of U.S.history. There will be some discussion of how a president intentionally created skepticism surrounding our democratic elections and how Benjamin Franklin was prescient with his “if you can keep it” remark…

Which claim? The proxy valuation? You’re really not making any sense.

Explain to me how the buyer pays for Dominion and includes a valuation of the lawsuit and then (let’s be honest) drops the lawsuit.

You really don’t know what a settlement is do you? I can’t work with this having to explain really basic things.
