Didn't the Judge order the DOJ to turn over everything including raw notes and such?

I think that is the case.

TBoy, for some odd reason, has an issue with that.

Look, I don't like proprietorial shenanigans, but Flynn pled guilty and waived any right to additional discovery. How is it an outrage not to allow him more discovery which is only relevant in the guilt phase?

Well, yeah. He plead guilty BEFORE he knew they'd been lying their arse off.

But, you know this.

Yes, he does.

He just has that “get rid of Trump and his supporters at all costs no matter what has to be done” mindset because he likely thinks that what is being done to Trump would never be done to him, his side, or those he supports.

It never come back around on the people who support stuff like this.

Never.

As accurate as anything else.

But par for you, when you can't defend what's happening, attack the source..... even though they linked to the documents.

They do it everyday. Ask DNA victims!

Then let this play out homeboy. Our laws allow it. Maybe Flynn was coerced into pleading? Would that change your mind?

Probably not as you are not in things for the truth, just for the establishment to win at all costs.

So these attorneys at DOJ are "Deep State" but the guy in charge of the DOJ is not...do I have that correct?

Hey, when your enemies are in the process of hanging themselves do you give them more rope or do you stop them?

After 8 years of obama you don't think there are any of his minions still slinking around?

I'm not sure...maybe we should ask some of them that are still around the White House.

Sounds to me like they are begging for a dismissal

If I were the judge, and they thumbed their noses at me like that, not only would Flynn walk out of there with his case dismissed, but the DOJ lawyer would get hauled out in handcuffs with a contempt charge and everyone I could level said charge at would get the same.

I'd want them held until they produced the material I ordered.

Now you just need to be consistent... 'The ENTIRE premise of the "whistleblower" complaint is based on a lie. He claimed to have "firsthand" information when he in fact did not.'

They made the calculation that it's less risky having the trial dismissed than revealing exculpatory evidence.

Releasing Brady material will likely open up Pandora's box a little wider. They don't want that.
Pandora's box needs to be opened wide. Then blown up.

No damn excuse for prosecutors shitting on the Constitution.

You people simply believe that the law doesn't apply to conservatives. Good luck with that.

You people reveal more of what you really are every day.
