And there are a lot of people that have changed their plea due to new evidence and/or changing circumstances, because of the law.
Just because you come up with an analogy of what you want doesn't make it true.

The good news is the decision by Judge Sullivan seems binary. This trial looks like it will finally end.
Either Judge Sullivan decides to:
1. Dismiss the case, or
2. Sentence Flynn to 20 hours of community service.
And that is were we are after millions of dollars, thousands of hours of legal work and media coverage.

If I remember, Sullivan asked them to supply the material and to explain why he shouldn’t hold counsel in contempt of court for previously defying his orders.
They didn’t do the former and we’ll see if he likes their explanation for the latter.
