Dems were ok with this:

But troll memes are basically rape.

posting memes

But herein lies the rub. You can categorize it as a meme, but it’s actually an instruction meant to fool someone into disenfranchisement.

Can I categorize my African prince fortune email as a meme?

Or what about my Ponzi scheme email? Humor is subjective and I think it’s funny as shite, plus I’ll call it a meme, so all cool, right?

Idiots.

He wasn’t arrested because of the meme. He was arrested because it was fraudulent.

Go back and read where it was directing people. That’s the crime.

Now are you a complete moron if you used the information in it to vote? Absolutely, but don’t act like it was a meme he was arrested for

Again.... like the GA senate candidates promising payments of a specific amount to voters?? Basically any failed political promise or accusation??

are you comparing a funny meme to rape and armed robbery?

God, you suck.

Imagine waking up every morning giddy at the idea that you can spend most of the day running interference on the interwebs for this catastrophe that is happening before our eyes.

In a previous thread on this, someone posted the equivalent of this on the Dem side this past *election.

Apparently her youtube vid telling Trump voters to text in their votes was still up like a week ago. Anyone have?

There was a true case not so long ago where a man bought an RV. He had a lawyer win a case for him for being stupid. The court made the manufacturer pay out because the instructions were not specific enough. He put his RV on cruise control and thought it was on Auto Pilot. He went to cook while going down the highway.

Our courts are as stupid as some of our people.

why do you keep comparing this to attempts to steal money from people? Tricking people isnt illegal - stealing from people is. And why haven't dems who did the same thing been arrested? Those memes are still up. This isn't application of law and you know it.

I'm free to tell you to GFY on Twitter, and if you injure yourself in the process, is that on me?

This cannot be true because dem memesters who did the same gag were not arrested and their memes werent taken down. Justice is supposed to be blind.

Justice may not be blind but it appears dead and is certainly dumb these days.

These same dems argued ON BEHALF of the Philadelphia New Black Panthers for standing guard at an active polling place with weapons, threatening republican voters.

And they wonder why we doubt their sincerity.

I DO think the case turns on intent.

This guy did not just make a meme and tell people to text to BR549 (classical reference). He undertook the effort and expense of actually setting up a real text number, so that victims would believe that they had voted.

That strikes me as strong circumstantial evidence of intent.

The line is when you "set up my own polling center and make it look all official and have folks come in an vote on machines that aren’t connected to anything".

Yelling FIRE in a crowded theater is not free speech. Writing THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FIRE on a poster with a picture of a crowded theater is free speech.

It’s still just a MEME, bro. If we just label it a meme then all is good. No harm, no foul.

So like setting up a real number for people to “text their vote”’ to?

thanks for playing
