The Department of Justice is holding a signing ceremony today in which Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche “will preside over the signing” of a “landmark rulemaking package” from the ATF.

Breitbart News spoke with the DOJ and they made clear the package includes “repealing several regs from the Biden administration” and making “revisions to Form 4473.”

In other correspondence, it was clear that the “landmark rulemaking package…[represents] the culmination of DOJ’s and ATF’s comprehensive regulatory review conducted pursuant to the direction in Executive Order 14206 (‘Protecting Second Amendment Rights’).”

Starts at 3PM

Once signed, should the over/under time till the next gun crime is turned into a national outrage and blamed on the DOJ be measured in hours or days?

Should have done this in January 2025, because then you could then tout the low homicide rate as evidence that the Biden regs were useless (because they were).

serious repeal NFA
I think that would require Congress but hopefully they take suppressors out of the NFA. That is so stupid.

Now reverse the import ban so we can get SKS's, AK's, and steel core ammo again for cheap.

Agreed.

Every gun law on the books is unconstitutional. They are all an infringement.

On an unrelated note a few weekends ago a friend was firing his 3" civil war era cannon. Amazing how accurate it was. Demolished that old Corolla.

His range is 1100 yards and it would reach farther than that. I think each ball weighs around 9#. Would not want to get hit with that.
