The Ogden federal building in your post was likely an IRS asset. The IRS has a huge presence in Ogden and its were I send my S-Corp/LLC tax returns.

These sorts of personal attacks are sad. The harsh reality is that Musk and DOGE have been sending up blimps of all the waste and fraud they are finding, but nothing has come of it from a legal, legislative, or EO action.

Because almost none of it is illegal. The federal government paying someone to do something is not illegal. That's the issue here. Sending money to south america to pay for tranny medical care isn't illegal, it was just wasting American money.
Now, I'm certain there were kickbacks and those were illegal. But I'm not sure Doge is looking that deep.
Musk said ( I don't remember the number) that something like 10-20% of the money spent didn't even have a category or what it was for. So for example someone set up payments to an Afghani rebel leader for the CIA 10 years ago, that guy died, and no one stopped the payments nor did they keep up with categorizing what they were for. So there's all kinds of money being sent that no one can prove is legit or not.
