Thanks eunuch.

For as smart as the old commie probably genuinely is, his arrogance made him sloppy in the respect he never once thought they’d be out of power and subject to scrutiny.
That arrogance will likely prove his (deserved) Achilles heel.

Please don't offer your opinion. You're always wrong and when it's pointed out to you, you start arguments. Please bow out of this one.

Would defending yourself in court restart the SOL? If that is the case, could you ever have a true SOL?

Sources are telling the media that IC stooges are still taking direction from Brennan to this day, and he still, as far as we know, has security clearance.
LINK
Further, he made a public official statement (in his capacity as CIA chief at that time) claiming the Hunter Biden laptop story was part of the Russian conspiracy - another lie told to cover up the plot and done within the SOL.
Brennan is exposed.

It certainly makes the case for the conspiracy to be "ongoing".

Yet, you took those bogus indictments against Trump seriously.
Right, SFPanican?
You need to go back to trashing religious freedom, phony.

Irrelevant point is irrelevant. When the USSC ruling on immunity came down for Trump, I said that case was dead. I didn't say that Trump's comments while not as President continued the conspiracy into the time when he was outside of office and not subject to the immunity.

Surely, you can't be serious.

Assuming this unsourced comment is true
quote:
Sources talking to AND Magazine say clearly that inside CIA, significant numbers of powerful, senior officers are still taking direction from Brennan and doing all they can to ensure that no true lasting reform takes hold.
“Brennan controlled promotions in the agency and NSA through Hayden for about 12 years. First from the White House for 4 years, then as DCI. The agency was disloyal to their constitutional oath for the first term of Trump and simply resisted or ignored Trump during his first term. Then Brennan heavily influenced and steered the agency during Biden’s term. After 12 years of seeding the intel community, you can permanently alter the complexion and effectiveness of any federal department.”
What is the specific link to Russiagate? Unrelated reforms don't seem to have any connectivity to Russiagate.
That may create some new conspiracy, but it doesn't seem to further the original one.

Apparently you did not play Twister when you were younger or engage in gymnastics.

There is nothing anyone can post with this tool.
He'll NEVER change.
Brennan is still out there, representing himself as the CIA director of note...still receiving classified intel.... still directing his lackeys in the IC...still signing off on fake memos.... still running his mouth to the press....still actively and overtly engaged in the cover-up as a representative of the administration who engineered the crime...
If they want him, his arse is grass.

For Russiagate? Only if they can answer this question
quote:
What is the specific link to Russiagate?
As I said, he may have engaged in separate criminal activity unrelated to Russiagate they may be able to prosecute him for, but without a nexus with the actual Russiagate op, there is no further conspiracy. You don't get to just list random future acts as part of an ongoing conspiracy from years prior. There has to be connectiivty between the original conspiracy and those future acts.

Going on CNN of all places trying to convince people on his own side isn’t helping his case

I think it’s laughable SOL even needs to be brought up in these situations. The supposed crimes revolve around corruption in federal investigations, the whole concept of SOL is not put in place for those that control the clock.
Either you undermined the laws of the country, and the country itself, or you didn’t. When you did it should have no bearing on whether you can be prosecuted, conspiracy is by nature a continuing offense.
