I don't. They have known about the text messages for a long time. Something else must have been uncovered. Lots of new stuff around Strokz, Paige, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Christopher Steele, etc... before and after election.

Don't think this has much at all to do with Anti-Trump text messages.

Nope...I think the whole 302 thing is about to come to light...that is one nail at least.

Hopefully proof the 302s were messed with will exonerate Gen Flynn.

Nah. There are a body of reasons he was fired. It will all be revealed in due time.

FISA investigation that is forthcoming. Remember, as someone else mentioned, same way McCabe issued rolled. He was canned and then the other shoe dropped.

Ohr is definitely next and then Rosenstein will go into death spiral. Others soon to be named.

You guys realize that 23 of the highest ranking people in the doj/fbi have now been fired demoted or quit......and some still think there is no there there.

This will continue unless some people are sent to jail. Losing a couple mil pension and getting a 10 mil book deal/lecture circuit deal is not much of a penalty for treason.

The witch hunt is unraveling before our eyes, soon in a 180 degree turn, there will be an investigation of Obama's illegal use of our intelligence departments to spy on a US citizen, Hillary clinton's use of private E-mails and the Russian collusion by the DNC to affect a presidential campaign.

I don't think there's any new stuff. I think they had to wait for the long government process that is involved with firing people.

I think there’s pressure on Meuller to run the clock on the investigation.

Why? Because once it’s over Trump can clean house in the DOJ and FBI and release the hounds with criminal investigations based off evidence found in the Horowitz reports.

Don’t be supersized if Meuller magically finds something new to investigate prior to the election.

Statute of limitations and all. He’s covering asses.

The image of that poor goat staked out on Jurassic Park comes to mind - worked well there.

FBI employees are Excepted Service. They are easier to get rid of than employees with Career Status.

Trump out of the blue says that he was about to get involved and start declassifying documents. Whalla they fire this chump. No facts here just speculation.

Wait...so an employee used his FBI phone to message his mistress about ongoing FBI investigations, strategies, personnel etc...while ALSO trash talking and making vague threats toward the President of the United States...

And you don't think that had ANY bearing on the decision to fire him? Not even an iota?

What indication did you receive to think it is/was something other than the texts? Govt bureacracy moves slow as molasses so it wouldn't surprise me if they wanted all their T's crossed before firing his crooked butt.

It is an interesting thought though that it could be something outside that scope.
