As far as I know? None.
I'm with Wednesday on this. I think.it should be pursued. She's a legal professional, so she understands the grounds for it better than I do.
At the dame time? I think.any reasonably intelligent person with common sense knows it was just one of many actions taken in an attempt to take Trump out of the 2024 Presidential election (Thank God none of their tactics worked).

Funny thing about Wednesday. She's a lawyer, but she also seems like a normal human being.
OTOH, you and the other guy seem to always have a knee-jerk reaction which is anti-Trump. I also think.of you guys as more AI than normal people.
Here ya go, Boosie. If it was justified to raid a former President's home over classified documents, why didn't we see raids on the homes of Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden? Hillary was never a President (Thank God), and Pal Joey took documents while he was both a United States Senator and Vice-President. It was absolutely against the law for them to have classified documents.
Yet, no raids.

And like clockwork, the “melt” defense has arisen to attempt to mask obvious hypocrisy.
Everyone knows your schtick. I don’t know why you are still pushing the faux intellectual superiority complex.
I guess because everyone around you is sick of it and you need to attempt it somewhere else.

Not a chance, poor Donald
He is treated SO unfairly all of his life, can't catch a break.

SFP will whine like a bitch that Trump is an authoritarian for taking out foreign terrorists while totally sucking the dick of an actual authoritarian like Jack Smith.
He has no intellectual honesty. It’s all about siding with the people who hate Trump like he does.

Because they both allowed federal law enforcement to have access when requested. HRC literally gave them the server and Biden allowed them on-site and sat down for the interview where it came out that he was a senile, drooling retard.
Next question.

Yep. And scream about his fear of an erosion of the Constitution… while absolutely excusing Jack Smith’s blatant hyper partisan constitutional violations and Boasberg rubber stamping other hyper partisan constitutional violations. And his excuse? “Uhh uhh uhh.. I disagree with that” but never has called it out. Then comes “melt! melt! melt!” to attempt to disburse his obvious hypocrisy.
And absolute fraud and a fake.

After she destroyed the evidence, illegally. And also smashed her phones to destroy evidence, illegally. But it’s different as always.

And it was clearly illegal for him to possess classified information because he had zero authority to declassify anything. Also, it took multiple trips to get everything. A raid would have secured everything at once. But again… that’s (D)ifferent.

Clinton had her people sledgehammer their phones and then they “bleached” the server with some kind of chemical before they turned in it.
Be honest man

Versus multiple communications with DJT about eh docs and him stonewalling? So the FBI went on-site?
Karla asked the difference and I told him him the difference.

There was a difference, but as usual you have it backwards. Of those three people, Trump was the only one who.had been President. You conveniently glossed over the part where Hillary wasn't a President, and Brandon was not President when he took the documents. In other words, it was absolutely and inherently against the law for them to have classified documents in the first place.
Good try, though.

It’s literally in the part I quoted. I didn’t gloss over anything.
And the reason there was not a raid is because when they were alerted to it by federal law enforcement they cooperated.
Daddy didn’t. Boom, here’s the FBI looking through a panty drawer

Asking to testify in a public hearing before Congress last I saw.
Any reason why the Republicans are balking at that?
