MSM admits - Smith’s case hinged on court-shopping and getting a woke/leftist judge.
A case that would absolutely been tossed by the SCOTUS later, and they knew it. It was political, from the incumbent POTUS, to cripple his opponent. Election interference on an industrial scale. The worst part, the real point of BiDen reclassifying documents was to hide his and Biden criminal activity. It’s a disgrace, from top to bottom, that this whole affair hasn’t been made into a miniseries called “Obama and Biden, the last American Kings”

Because these documents don't show any illegal actions. This is simply politicians on twitter trying to get their base angry by lying about documents.
It was publicly reported all the way back in 2022 that the house investigation was sending documents, transcripts etc to the DOJ because the DOJ was investigating Jan 6 at the same time.

When hearing about this a few weeks ago. My first reaction was this. They funded this. They could/can stop it. But they won't because they were complicit in the set up of stopping Trump overall, and J6.
