Trump just spoke at the courthouse and said “Mother Theresa couldn’t beat this”.
Fast forward to the end of his comments and a female reporter screams out as he’s walking away, “Do you consider yourself more holy than Mother Theresa”?

I voted for the man both times but thought he was the wrong person to be nominated this time. Of course I’m going to vote for him, obviously, but the stupidity on the Left is so outrageous that I want to run through a brick wall for him at this point. Well, the MAGA's do sorta fancy him a secular Jesus. A political Christ figure, so to speak. He doesn't really have supporters, so much as he has worshipers or disciples.
It's a fascinating cultural phenomenon. He's the first American politician in my lifetime who's managed to cultivate a legit cult like following.
That reporter asked a fair question. Why wouldn't Trump believe he's "holy"? His flock treats him as though he is.

Laughable.
Pontius Pilate was a sober jurist in regards to Jesus' trial and tried on a number of occasions to get the Jews to reconsider their actions. Merchan could have granted a directed verdict.
