This. I haven’t voted. Ever.
But that guy sucked so bad. It’s still fantastical to me that a whole swath of people believed literally everything he ever said.
Trump will go down as the Pied Piper of dumbassery
Because reasons!

And I couldn't tolerate the rising number of jobless claims (in the millions each week in March, April and May) and the feeling of hopelessness that set in. And we had a president that conveyed a flippant attitude toward the worst public health crisis in a century.
So, you think Trump should have cheered on more and more locking of shite down (took the pandemic more seriously), or he should have not funded all the bullshite that states were doing that resulted in all the lost jobs.
You seem to be speaking out of both sides of your mouth.

Jobless claims were rising due to Democrat governors who refused to follow the science and reopen their states, not Trump.
The appropriate reaction to COVID was flippancy. Always was. Trump didn't discount it enough.

Democrat governors
The last I looked Greg Abbott isn't a Democrat. He ordered shutdowns and closure of all "non-essential" businesses, whatever that's supposed to mean.
Here in Houston there were lines over a mile long just to get food from the local food bank, which soon ran out of provisions.

And you think that was Trump’s fault?

Trump did all the wrong things in the teeth of the pandemic.

I hope you’re not making the argument that there’s no (substantial) difference between how Red states and Blue states handled the virus.

Texas was not the reason for rising jobless claims

Yeah, the one that doesn’t have full blown dementia.

No viable choice? I see common sense is not one of your strong points, which is typical for a lib.

He actually once said "99% of people with the virus have no symptoms" and he advocated taking Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine, the bitter flavoring in TONIC WATER) as treatment and preventative for COVID, as well as injecting bleach. That's why his credibility was so low when the vaccine first became available, and Harris and other Democrats feared taking it. He couldn't be trusted.
There is so much wrong with this post I don't even know where to begin. You are literally the poster child for low information voter if you believe any of this.
Let's start and finish for now with the easy one, tonic water includes Quinine, not hydroxychloroquine (incidentally, tonic water was created as a prophylactic treatment for malaria). FFS. This is like reading a fricking twitter post from some jackass with either a blue wave or a blue check.

as well as injecting bleach.
If you're not just a mindless media drone, you should be able to provide a link to where Trump told people to "inject bleach."
I won't wait, since I'm familiar with your post history and already know he never said that.

I read your post before I saw who posted it, and when I read the first part I truly assumed you were talking about Dementia Joe, kingpin of a crime syndicate.

So you voted for the guy and party that wanted MORE lockdowns and restrictions?

For 2 weeks and he was wrong but at least he was only wrong for 2 weeks. Then he pulled control from pieces of shite like Hidalgo who wanted it to go longer.
Do we need to pull up the unemployment stars by state?
