Link is to Jeff Bezos' blog, in case you don't want to give clicks. This lawsuit is proof positive that they know Mueller's investigation isn't getting anywhere near TRUMP.
That's right, the same party that rigged its primary in favor of Hillary is suing Russia over purported election meddling. RUSSIANS! is here to stay, folks. It is officially the Democrat party platform.

The Democratic National Committee filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit Friday against the Russian government, the Trump campaign and the WikiLeaks organization alleging a far-reaching conspiracy to disrupt the 2016 campaign and tilt the election to Donald Trump.
quote:
The complaint, filed in federal district court in Manhattan, alleges that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and help Trump by hacking the computer networks of the Democratic Party and disseminating stolen material found there.
“During the 2016 presidential campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy, and it found a willing and active partner in Donald Trump’s campaign,” DNC Chairman Tom Perez said in a statement.
quote:
The case asserts that the Russian hacking campaign — combined with Trump associates’ contacts with Russia and the campaign’s public cheerleading of the hacks — amounted to an illegal conspiracy to interfere in the election that caused serious damage to the Democratic Party.
quote:
The suit filed Friday seeks millions of dollars in compensation to offset damage it claims the party suffered from the hacks. The DNC argues that the cyberattack undermined its ability to communicate with voters, collect donations and operate effectively as its employees faced personal harassment and, in some cases, death threats.
quote:
The suit does not name Trump as a defendant. Instead, it targets various Trump aides who met with people believed to be affiliated with Russia during the campaign, including the president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., his son-in-law Jared Kushner, his campaign chairman Paul Manafort and Manafort’s deputy, Rick Gates.
quote:
The lawsuit was also filed against Roger Stone, the longtime Trump confidante who claimed during the campaign that he was in contact with Assange.

Are they referring to the hack in which they refused to allow the FBI look in to?

And the msm still doesn’t report on the actual content within the emails..
You know like the DNC colluding with a fricking candidate during a primary election.
But please by all means continue with our democracy is tainted narrative.

The Defamation countersuit should ask for enough to break the DNC

Would the DNC have to repay any monies pulled out of the state-level Democratic parties if it is discovered that large donations were funneled thru the state-level to the DNC for Hillery's campaign?
Could this be an effort to get some sort of a deal where the DNC settles the suit for enough money to repay the state-level coffers (85 million I believe) and avoid being sued by the states and donors, resulting in bankruptcy and in returns drops the all Russia claims. Is this a preemptive move to prevent Rudy and Bob from striking a deal without including the DNC?
Otherwise, it makes no sense

Wow! They just can't stop melting. Americans are tired of the collusion bullshite lie. This is just going to continue backfiring in their face. It makes them look like whiny little children.

With their answer and motion to dismiss, the defendants should file a request for production seeking the hard drives because the DNC refused to let any independent IT people inspect the alleged Russian hacking.
Case will then be dismissed immediately.

Is the DNC really that stupid?
Wait, let me rephrase that.
Are their lawyers really that stupid!
Would love to investigate the inner workings of the DNC before, during, and after the election.

Isn't the burden of proof now going to be on the DNC? They are going to have to prove Russian collusion with Trump?
