I never claimed such

You’re such a liar. You literally said that Buffett claimed that his secretary paid more taxes than he did. I pointed out that he did not say that. Then you post his quote, which directly refuted what you claimed that he said.

What is even a win at this point? How many business owners/employees or consumers have to be hurt by the uncertainty? And will the "win" even benefit them? I know you guys laugh at any anecdotal evidence, but roadgator and 808 have talked about aluminum and other materials tariffs are hurting them, I have a friend who sells Audis and they are holding them in ports not knowing WTF to do. Is this all so we can bring back more manufacturing a decade from now?

here here!

I don't care if his words are deceiving our adversaries, he's parsing language to keep away from the lawfare judges, he says one threat publicly and the negotiators just do a "sorry just kidding" (maybe "oh, he means it"), or just running roughshod over any congressman,

As long as it produces the desired results. Yes results, plural. The results can be in any form- as long as it benefits us, long term.

words/phrases like:
norms
traditionally
bully
unseemly
undiplomatic
etc.

are nothing but manipulations designed to lessen our positive results. It is a zero sum game.

Ok, here is your quote from page 6:

quote:

Warren buffet says a lot of things that arent true. My favorite is his fallacy about how his secretary pays more taxes than he.

You may want to be careful casting aspersions about illiteracy. You’re both a liar and apparently not too smart.

He WAS obfuscating.

You too know that, but are too much of a lightweight to be honest.

His words were very clear. I don’t agree with his sentiment, but what he said was clear and concise. You just got confused by it. That is a you problem.

Oh boy, he did one deal in 45 days with a country we had a surplus with last year.

At this rate he might be able to get two more deals done by Christmas. He currently only has “concepts” of a deal.
