I don't know how John Kelly finishing his career broken and staring at the ceiling is a good look for Trump.

I think it’s not necessarily of most importance here that Kelly personally suffer “negative consequences,” but more importantly in this context for Trump that Kelly’s statements and shots at Trump “suffer negative consequences,” particularly that they be dismissed, diminished, minimized.

You are entirely too intelligent to continue at this level of excuse-making for a politician that doesn't even know we exist, and one that constantly makes you have to defend these flaws.

You can be a Trump supporter, America First conservative while admitting that, yeah, maybe the man has some pretty fatal flaws. It doesn't make you "lesser" to admit that, despite what some of the less intelligent Trump supporters here try to push.

I appreciate your position, and now let me ask you about just two things:

Why are so very many people of such similar interests at high levels, with similar type things to gain and lose, why have we observed them for six years now be more determined than we’ve ever seen in taking Trump out of the game for good? What threat does he represent that draws the truly unprecedented opposition we’ve seen?

And what ulterior motive would he have to continue to put himself and his family through such hostility, if it’s not genuinely good and honest intentions?

**My conclusions about those inquiries lead me to believe he’s the guy we need at such a perilous crossroads in our history, it seems.

I think he would have been better off ignoring it, but let’s say I’m wrong and it needed to be addressed. Do you think that tweet does that effectively?

my man, and your 1,000 posts believing, endorsing, and perpetuating Q… yeah, I get it.

But what I don’t get is your general psychological profile to continue to be suckered in by this nonsense.

Help us all with that. The country will be much better off.

I couldn’t be super confident in saying it’s “effective” or not, I don’t know that we really can for anything, but it certainly crosses it off the to-do list. The thing Trump cannot do is to leave something like that unanswered or “unresponded” to. Sort of like in law, perhaps a civil petition for redress of some sort, any allegations (or “shots” directed at him, as it were) not proactively denied are otherwise deemed “admitted.” Similar concept in Trump’s case it seems.

I agree that he “can’t” in that he’s utterly incapable of doing so. I don’t think it’s a wise strategy, because his responses are childish and make him look bad. Even when f you think a response is warranted I hope you’ll admit that all responses aren’t equal. He’s playing into their hands.

It must be pretty " effective " considering the ones crying about Trump on the most trusted political board do it all the time.
