Who voted for this? Why would any conservative be in favor of publicly funded religious schools? What am I missing
I'm with you. I just don't see how such a thing could possibly exist under our constitution. I'm normally pretty good at least contemplating the opposing argument and in this case I can't even contemplate what one would say to argue this gets around the First Amendment.

Their ability to exercise their religious beliefs is being limited by the government. Other org's are not prohibited from running a school paid for by government funds. But this one is prohibited from doing so - solely because they would be exercising their religious beliefs in running the school, which is expressly prohibited in the Constitution.
Except everything you just typed is wrong

You want KBJ ruling on cases where she's the auntie of the plaintiff?

damn you're hardheaded
Here's your multiple-choice question you should have been given to pass high school civics:
Which of these pertains to the reason for the Bill of Rights?
a) The Bill of Rights exists to protect government from religion and from the people
b) The Bill of Rights exists to protect religion and the people from the government
You're completely failing life if you get this wrong and don't start using your brain.
