That’s what a message board is all about. This isn’t a spiritual debate board. People give their opinions and the reasons why they have them. Those reasons often have nothing to do with scripture
For a group of people who demand proof and evidence, there doesn't seem to be a desire to have a rational basis for the opinions they hold to. Are you OK with holding to an irrational position?

Weird... why not say the same to Disney?
Serious question. Because that is literally all this thread is about: propagandizing TO CHILDREN.

One can have a logical and rational view of something and it have nothing to do with scripture.
Ok I’m done with this discussion about scripture. Not interested.

Say what exactly to Disney? Keep the kids out of it?

This is true.
Though moral relativity holds a weak pure philosophical ground, whereas Aristotelian objectivism holds a very strong position vs. Democritus/epicureus. Just sayin'
(And that's without the scriptural arguments)

This has been the point of all of this regardless of what the reasoning has been. Leave the children out of your push to celebrate your lifestyle and up to the parents to decide how they want to approach the issue.
I’ve not heard a single legitimate reason as to why it’s so important to push homosexuality in movies and media designed for children.

I'm stating that without an objective standard to support your moral position, the discussion itself is meaningless with no one being "right" or "wrong".

I consider it as much a philosophical discussion as much as a theological one.

That one guy that called me mentally ill for questioning why it should there in the first place said to think about the children with gay parents, so there’s that

Obtuse.
Why spend a few hundred grand to push this? Hmmmmmmm?
Obtuse.
Leave the kids out of your "consenting adults" agenda

its a good point that you don’t see many fat gays (excluding lesbians of course) since aids kind of helps keep the pounds off.

Nobody is arguing that it’s so important to have in the first place. Nobody in this thread is pushing for more gayness in Disney films. Some just don’t see the issue with it being in there to begin with.
It is still up to the parents how to approach the issue with their kids. This has been explained several times. If something like this concerns you, you should be either watching the movie beforehand or reading up on it prior to your kids watching it.

Not until now.
I must admit I’m pretty far removed from homosexual culture though.

We get it.
Take your shite to adult platforms. Why are you playing stupid?
Posted on 5/27/20 at 8:01 pm to Apollyon
Sorry but most people don’t think this is anymore an adult topic than any other romance in a kids movie.
Posted on 5/27/20 at 8:01 pm to Mickey Goldmill
I mean, sammy seemed legit stupid, but it is as if you willfully ignore the actual point of the thread. Obtuse.

No you’re just trying to make a moral statement and hiding behind evolution like a dipshit.

Ok. I understand your view of the world.
Totally normal, praise, hype, celebrate. Cool. Gotcha.

I have no interest in rehashing this with you. Your position of don’t watch or it’s your fault because you didn’t read up on it completely misses the overall, broader point we are trying to make.
