Not feelings. Context clues.

Your "evidence to the contrary" is "nuh uh, cuz Disney says they aren't". Keep holding that shield, big guy.

It's moving to Starz, and it isn't even a Disney movie. It will still be available to watch in the US.

Correct, Disney is removing it from it's platform. Starz is owned by liongate, not Disney.

Disney owns 20th Century Fox, Anastasia's maker. It is a Disney product since 2019, per wikipedia.

I actually agree with this. It’s more about people grandstanding and saying, “look at me!” This is no different than renaming French fries “freedom fries” after France wouldnt let us use their airspace to fight in the Middle East.

No it's not. It's about contractual obligations.

With the start of a brand new month, Disney is often forced to remove some content from Disney+ in the United States due to pre-existing contracts made before Disney+ was created.

Unfortunately, this month, the classic animated film from 20th Century Studios, “Anastasia”, has been removed from Disney+ in the United States. However, the film is still available on Disney+ in other countries. This removal from Disney+ has nothing to do with the current crisis involving Ukraine and Russia.
