The people who say they believe this are either gullible, grifting or just looking for attention. Why would aliens who can travel light years need use our water as the rube in the video suggested?

From the mid 90's until around the mid 2000's Greer did good work in coordinating groups of experiencers from the military to come forward. At that time I would've considered him a very solid asset to the UFO community but at some point he went off the rails.
Its unfortunate but compare his 2001 National Press Club Disclosure event where he had over 20 high ranking and reputable retired Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration and intelligence officers that all came across as sane and had interesting documented encounters. ....to his most recent a year or two ago where he had the 4 guys that were subsequently interviewed on Shawn Ryan....and every one of them came across as off their rockers and had no evidence what so ever. I personally dont believe anything he says anymore.

This is ridiculous really. I could think of several different reasons aliens may travel light years to here and get involved in our affairs.
My favorite theory on the subject is that they spliced their genetics with ours to preserve their own species. Whether that be due to them no longer being able to reproduce for whatever reason, there was a catastrophy on their planet and they weren't going to survive, or that they simply created us as a slave race to mine precious metals for them.

Good question. Well, congress is trying to disclose truth. Maybe they just don't care as much anymore. It's not like even an appreciable percentage of the population is going to believe him anyways.

Thats not really an uncommon answer that scientists give for why extraterrestrials might stop by for a visit. Maybe less so now as we are discovering liquid water may no be as rare in our galaxy as we previously thought,.

Health wise I meant (I have no earthly clue what others mean) That AI will assist in healing. Regenerate the brain after strokes. Reboot the brain to stop blindness, correct TBI's---type of things.
I keep hearing golden age and energy like you wouldn't believe....If it comes from a black site project-why not release more and dismantle the deep State?
I am not saying I all the way buy into some of this...But black site Ops/projects are so siloed we have clearance classifications that are themselves classified and maybe Steve Jobs like many just didn't know?

He isnt right about everything but all this stuff has been known for decades. Whistleblower after whistleblower have come out. The MSM just calls them a "conspiracy theorist" and then everyone ignores them despite the mountain of evidence and logic on their side.
