Yes, I'm sure LHGrey from X has the inside scoop.

"Femme Fatale. Artist & Writer. Gay. Alpha count. Exorcist of the Narratives. Visceral. Hellbitch. MAGAz. Atheist. TAKEN By My Babydoll "

She's doing what the board retards have been doing for 15 pages; attacking the man and not what he said. It's all half of them are capable of.

I presented the tweet for the board's consumption/consideration.

She makes some good points.

He may very well be 100% genuine and heartfelt in his beliefs. However, his political background and the incredible inconsistencies with stated previous positions (even recently) do make me doubt it.

You can do the exact same thing with Trump. You can probably do it with any politician who talks too much on X.

It was purposeful. That is a cowardly act however.

Seems there is quite a split here in regard to this war.

What's cowardly about it? If some government official two weeks into GWB & Iraq resigned and stated the same reason would it have pissed you off?

Dissent is healthy. I have no idea if he's right or wrong and neither does anybody else posting here but I have no problem with it. I wouldn't have a problem with it regardless of who the president is or what action they're taking.

Then nobody is sincere and you should just check out of politics.

Some bros have recently become hyper obsessed with funneling every viewpoint they’ve ever held through their current opinion of Israel. These bros are extremely locked in and hypnotized by it.

I respect your position and your opinion

Dissent is healthy. Public dissent depending on the circumstance less so IMO. Public dissent for personal gain (less likely) or political purposes contra to the person you’ve agreed to serve at the pleasure of ( more likely ) even less so IMO.

I respect your position. I respect Kent’s service to our country.

I don’t respect Kent’s letter or the public way he presented it

My feelings, like yours, would be consistent regardless of who presented a letter like that in this fashion.

I trust no politicians. Period. They are merely different tiers of liars.

The legitimacy or "sincerity" of their statements/actions should be considered in loght of whether it is consistent/inconsistent with their prior positions (and the temporal proximity).

As others have posted for a while, Trump has been consistent regarding Iran since his first administration (and even back into his pre-political statements).

Kent, not so much.

Again, has he had a true epiphany? Maybe. But, I doubt it.

Did his inconsistencies occur before or after we supposedly took out their capability last year? That would matter.

How much does Israel pay the US for our military protection?

Why are we paying anything to Israel, fiscally speaking?

If he has then he should

Resign

With a 2 sentence letter to his direct report (Gabbard?)

Telling her he has enjoyed the opportunity to be of service to the country but can no longer do so.

And then go wherever he wants in public expressing his views and how his epiphany changed his views from what they used to be

Not air his shite in public in a manner that makes him out to be more important than he is and in a way that leads to this circus the day he does it in the middle of an ongoing operation.
