Actually, grand juries chose not to indict
in T least two instances. That’s not the judge. The feds had no case. Same would happen with Minnesota. They won’t indict Walz or Frey for anything they’ve said…

Approximately 80% of law professors identify as liberal/progressive, over 70% of lawyers identify as liberal/progressive.

What?

Excerpt from a 2020 article by Michael Conklin titled,

Political Ideology and Law School Rankings

quote:

Much research has been conducted into categories of diversity that are lacking in law schools, such as the race and gender of students and faculty and academic pedigree of faculty.8 It was not until 2015 that a robust analysis of law school ideological diversity was published (hereinafter “2015 study”).9 Before this, it was already well known that law school professors were disproportionately liberal—both when compared to the public at large and when compared to the overall legal profession.10 A study using 2013 data found that only 11% of law school professors were Republicans, compared to 82% who were Democrats.11 Not only do conservatives find it difficult to gain admittance into legal academia, but those who do find that they are effectively barred from the more prestigious topics, such as constitutional law and federal courts, and are instead relegated to topics such as law and economics.12

From the National Trial Lawyers website,

quote:

A new study shows that although most lawyers are considered liberal, law school professors are even more liberal than their former students. The paper, featured in the Washington Post, found that only 15% of law professors are conservative, while 35% of lawyers are conservative as well. Find out more about the study in this story.

My hunch is a lot of law professors and lawyers lean center left and claim they're conservative, so the percentage of law professors and lawyers leaning decidedly liberal are likely higher.

Law professors are a very distinct type and aren't representative of the lawyer population as a whole.

Professors skew left bigly for a few obvious reasons

This is now an SFP windmill thread

I’ll avoid it. I suggest all common sense people do the same.

Tilting at windmills ain’t my game

You could have a Democrat senator or congressman tell you too your face, we stole and election helped with all the fraud, and still be fricked up enough to say he's lying, That my friend is having no frickin integrity and that goes for a lot of people in DC including Republicans, you're no different from the rest

If you have an issue with the obstruction laws and how large they are in scope, take it up with the legislators who authored the statutes and not a person who can read them.
