It also says if you have a warrant you are not allowed to posses a gun. So just because the PO PO wants to talk to you. You lose your 2nd amendment rights.

Probably that having the warrant immediately allows the cops into your house with a connected search and seizure warrant for all firearms.
Given who is in charge of doing all this, firearms probably includes Airsoft guns which look too real, water guns, and a pop tart chewed into the shape of a gun by a 4 year old.

This seizure of personal property better be critically relevant to the substance of the warrant. Even then it’s possibly quite an infringement.

Its a well known fact that everyone with a warrant knows it and turns themselves in after making arrangements. So obviously you would be expected to show up at the police station with every weapon and all your ammunition when you turn yourself in.

2) Make possession illegal.
3) Issue warrants to those known to possess.
4) Seize the “illegal” firearm.
5) Annihilation of the 2nd Ammendment.
