If that article is from the msm there is 100% chance every word is a lie - have you not been paying attention. Literally nothing the msm reports is true - every single word is a lie given to them by the cia - there are only maybe 3 places to get real news online - this place - cernivitch Twitter - and Jack poso Twitter. That’s it - nothing else is truth.

This isn’t really about J6 at all. This is about the wife of a Supreme Court Justice possibly leaking internal deliberations of the Court to the lawyer of one of the parties trying to get before the Court.
If she was leaking internal deliberations in emails to the guy the J6 committee has the emails from why wouldn't that be mentioned. In fairness that may be in the article you are quoting but I didn't see a link in your post so based on the quotes you have there is nothing to tie Ginni Thomas to the statements. If there was you can be damned sure they would have been included.
quote:
Eastman directly corresponded with Ginni Thomas, the conservative activist and wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, as both worked to keep Trump in office after he’d lost reelection in late 2020, the Washington Post reported Wednesday evening, citing new emails the committee obtained from Eastman through a court order.
Why didn't WaPo say what was said in the direct correspondence?

Not sure. That’s why I phrased it as a question. There’s certainly smoke but we don’t know if there is actually a fire.

It's an interesting question, sure, but I think if there was a fire WaPo wouldn't have only insinuated that she was leaking deliberations. They would've actually said it. Right now it seems like trying to implicate her, and by extension Thomas in an effort to get him impeached and kicked off the Court, knowing there is no actual evidence.

“The odds are not based on the legal merits but an assessment of the justices’ spines, and I understand that there is a heated fight underway,” Mr. Eastman emailed pro-Trump lawyer Kenneth Cheseboro,
Odds are Eastman was just fluffing up/repackaging public info or was just fabricating here.

Would this be the first instance anyone has ever disclosed rumored scuttlebutt about possible behind the scenes contentiousness amongst Justices?
I want to think I've seen similar stuff on several occasions prior, but maybe I'm mistaken.

I’m with you on that and want to believe it. But Ginni Thomas taking such an active and overt role in trying to whip votes of state legislators and otherwise machinate decertification or the Pence strategy gives me pause.

No, but it would be the first time (that we know of) that we know the discloser was also communicating with the wife of an active Justice who just so happened to concern herself with the affairs the discloser was also working on.

Vice article but I quoted you the part citing WaPo so you could attack it on those grounds

Right. Weren't there reports about Justice's yelling at each other over one of the election lawsuits?

According to that article, it's 100% pure speculation based off of emails we saw a couple months ago when the left wanted to get Clarence Thomas to impeach himself. It was nothing then, and it's nothing now.
Just more shite to throw up against the wall in hopes people ignore the economy, gas prices, and the general deterioration of the average private citizens' lives due to Democrat governance.

Why is it a pile of shite? Do they emails from Eastman to the other lawyer exist?
Do the emails or other communications from Eastman to Thomas exist?
I know it’s got sauces, but the documents either exist or they don’t.

Except now we know Eastman was also talking to Ginni Thomas per emails of his he fought vociferously to keep from public view and were only turned over via court order.
