This, with 100% accuracy, confirms the ideological views of the leaker. It Thomas or another Conservative was involved it would be 24/7 headlines.

There was another story on this, it was presumed the leaker (with a specific name given) was a clerk of Sotomayor's. It seemed dismissed in the news as it was mostly speculation, but it seemed to be sure.

We already heard that Ginny was possibly in on an email loop. Like -Sotomayor- Wasn't given her false talking points about covid To: spout from the bench- from a lefty DC politico/or reporter to coordinate their plan of covid fear with lies...

This is fresh news just out. Tell Bennie for us to subpoena Ginny AFTER the committee subpoenas the entire MSM as they communicate and coordinate daily with the DNC.

Then subpoena communications with the leftist judges (especially the three hackier ones) We all know they are in kahootz with the democrats, along with Robert's on speed dial for his orders from black jesus.

Point being, it is very political in DC. SCOTUS is now nothing but politics. It is not a crime to text an old colleague. It is also not a crime for Ginny or Rachel Maddow to coordinate political thoughts for their liberal friends on the SCOTUS bench. They all know, and break bread in the high end restaurants & social parties together.

You misplaced your thinking cap in presumption it seems. If Ginny was the leaker she would have had to have direct access to the printing room, SCOTUS computers. A clerk inside is said to be the only logical choice.

Thomas after all the years on the bench would suddenly act like an amateur? I think not. Some of the newer lefty judges & their clerks- I think so.

The title is just to lure you in. No one thinks Ginni Thomas leaked the abortion opinion. But she may have had conversations with Clarence, as husband and wife sometimes do, where he disclosed the infighting on whether to hear the Texas challenge to the election. It is then plausible, based on what we know now, that Ginni then passed that information along to Eastman in order to keep the pressure and public relations campaign on to get it before SCOTUS.

If I remember correctly, Thomas and Alito voted to grant cert to hear the case based on it being an original jurisdiction matter between States.

Being that Eastman was a former law clerk of Thomas. Do you think he ever goes to a game with him; or cocktails in his study as they cite law?

Do other former SCOTUS Justice clerks ever communicate with retired or current Justices?
