Conclusions based on less than the full story.

Hope you fall off your high horse and tear your ACL and MCL.

The media stopped doing that a decade ago. What planet are you from?

Sorry. But no. NPC's don't form conclusions. They regurgitate conclusions formed for them.

Come on- you know it’s slanted and has been for years. I’ll even admit It was probably a tiny bit of why I voted for trump- was so sick of the media and it’s tilted exaggerated ways.

I hope they all get paid. Screw the media.

Best part about it is they won’t learn a lesson and by next week there will be some new story that gets frenzied up on twitter. They can’t help themselves.

Law firms just don’t jump on cases like this pro bo no if they know a good case is not there.

If you’re implying that there’s money in a lawsuit you’d be mistaken. I would venture that this firm is out to protect there rights against any expulsions or discipline. Pro bono isn’t undertaken for $$$.

The “””media””” has been busted twice in three days peddling completely fake, false, and biased reporting. What is this actual news you speak of?

Was it viewers who were jumping to conclusions when “impeachment” was muttered on tv hundreds of times last week due to completely made up reporting?

I hope they fricking bankrupt as many as they can.

In 2019, to not seek out confirming video without running this story was NOT negligence or ineptitude. It was malicious.

there is a VAST amount of case law where the media has been found to have slandered/libeled/ defamed a plaintiff. Your post is silly.

You can't see it, but that young black kid special orders his pants with a giant front pocket to carry his balls.

Damn, the school may even be fricked.

good

I still think that the school was forced to make the statements from higher up in the church, so I would rather see the Catholic Church get hit; but if the school takes a financial beating, the money will ultimately come from the church I believe; so I'll take what I can get

now, to spend a little time breaking my arm to pat myself on the back - I'm really happy that I was one of the few voices saying that I thought this was more likely a case of the kids being messed with than one of them instigating a problem

While a kind of agree there is also some excellent PR exposure for this law firm. It would be a mistake IMO to assume that this law firm is representing these kids solely out of the goodness of their hearts. That's just the cynic in me.

In fact pro bo no now may become contingency later (for that 30-40%).

Of course they will.

If this story had been bad for liberals, the media would have canvassed every fricker there looking for additional video.

It's 2019. THey aren't retarded. They knew there was more video. They just didn't give a frick because it looked bad for who they wanted it to look bad for.

In the span of 72 hours two major national stories backfired on the media.

Good. Criminal cyber stalking and terroristic threats. Civil intentional infliction of emotional distress and libel for all.
