I don’t know man. If they loved their adopted kids and taught them well, then I’d place them above a lot of straight men I know. I used to work in human services, and the number of men out there “just populating,” as I’ve heard, is far more nauseating than butt sex. I like responsible people who nurture children, and I loathe sloppy people who leave misery in their wake.

It’s a tragedy. Glenn is crushed, obviously, and they have two little kids.

I feel for them.

He was septic. Been in ICU for about 8 months. Abdominal infection.

These are just empty words. Why do you care who other people love and marry?

Very Christian of you. lmao.

He did in fact have a husband. Marriage is not owned by the church or any religious sect. To suggest this is to make an assault on things like, oh, I don't know, the First Amendment.

These are not the same at all. One is an outright lie, while a marriage and the nature of two people's relationship is a matter of their expression as free people.

quote:

Homosexuality is an unnatural act that goes against biological nature.

So is your appendix - so is cancer - so is aging. Biology is filled with things that would appear to go against nature and thwart procreation. And homosexual behavior is present in other species besides humans. It's really just biological variation.

I get it that some people are against it - no issues. But it shouldn't be treated as a non-entity. It certainly exists and people are free to pursue relationships as they desire.

I don't think we should begin conflating the L and the G with the rest of the alphabet of suffering. Those communities don't do what the trans community does, for example. Look at the most egregious stories we get of these groomer types - all of them are about trans, questioning, avoiding your parents etc. Lesbian and gay communities are very much the opposite in many ways - they often tell kids to just confront it, deal with it, speak to their parents rather than shun them and so forth. There's a reason the L & the G are trying to separate themselves from the other letters.

Again, I understand people don't like it, but you can't just pretend it doesn't exist under some tortured rubric.

What other people do often affects us. Normalizing perversion affects us (as proven over the past few years or so) is NOT Christian. Of course, lots of people who've spent a lifetime cumulative 5 minutes like to tell us we're doing it wrong. Do I go to your house and tell you you're brushing your My Little Pony collection's tails wrong? No. That's your area.

You might get a little farther if you stopped using the "phobic" slur.

Being kinda grossed out by the idea does not equal fear.

If I see someone have an accident while running a marathon I do not fear the poo running down their leg, I am grossed out by it.

LGBTQIA++ begins with LG and it began with LG.

You need people on the cusp. If you bring those on the cusp in, then worse people will replace them on the cusp. And then you'll want to bring them in. Rinse, repeat. It's my sigmoidal curve view of pretty much everything that is eerily consistent.

In other words, you keep moving the Overton window, you eventually tolerate everything. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, our ancient ancestors understood this and wisely forbade it.

Second reply.

Expected to see it sooner (though the first was equally homophobic and childish).

Thread about a tragic death, and some percentage of the troglodytes WILL take the opportunity to whine about homosexuality and SSM.

R.i.p. 9 months in icu? I can't imagine.

I feel sympathy for Greenwald. That's 9 months of being on edge.

You can't separate the L&G from the T. They are explicitly linked. It was the LG that brought us the T. The slippery slope argument is undefeated, and the slope always slips.

The next generation will undoubtedly be saying "we just need to separate the T from the P, and all will be good"

Yep they all locked arms until the trannies started being less acceptable to the general public.

You posting on a message board is an unnatural act that goes against what you are hard-wired to do. Start persistence hunting you dumb weirdo.
