I clearly have questions and not answers. Why don’t you apply some thought to your question? How is taking communion celebrating Passover?

Nah.
It was superseded by the crucifixion. Right?

Passover was foreshadowing of Christ’s sacrifice as the lamb of God whose blood would allow God’s wrath to pass over us. The Passover meal became the Communion of Christ.

Idk but thanks for the actual response to a real question. A lot of others didn’t have the ability.

Thanks. So it was others after Jesus who caused the supplantation. Got it.

The synoptic Gospels hold that the Last Supper was a Passover meal. Communion recalls the Last Supper.

Actually it was Jesus who gave it its true meaning in the upper room before His crucifixion.

Jesus is our Passover.
Lamb's blood over the door was the Jewish peoples Passover in Egypt.
Christ blood is our Passover on judgement day.

I read an article yesterday that told of clear information that Jesus’ followers practiced most Jewish ritual and holidays, including Passover and the Seder for several hundred years after his death.
It wasn’t until Charlemagne and his vision of a cross before a battle , leading to his making Christianity the official religion of the Holy Roman Empire, that the Jewish holidays were excluded. This was around the year 400 I believe.

May all have a meaningful Easter.

No. Jesus “supplanted” it. If you know the history of the Jewish Passover meal and how it relates to the scripture of both the Old and New Testaments, you can understand how.

The Passover meal involved the sacrifice of a lamb (with no broken bones), the spreading of its blood on the door posts, and the consumption of the lamb as part of the Passover Seder meal.

Jesus came down to become the final sacrifice. He is the “Lamb of God” whose sacrifice supersedes all other sacrifices. “This is my body and blood, which will be shed for you.”

That’s where the sacrament of Communion comes from.

Exactly.

The Eucharist is the new Passover and Christ is the new Paschal lamb.

IDK, but I'm watching a TV show about 'Books left out of the Bible' and one of them says Jesus was a spoiled brat around age 7-10 and used his power screw up other children.
This is true.

Sabbath starts friday night after sundown and ends Saturday night. That means the last supper was friday night passover ceder. Then, Saturday during the day, he was crucified, still during the sabbath.

Yes and...The Jews celebrated animal sacrifices. Should Christians observe that too?

Seeing as the Last Supper was a Passover meal, I don't think Jesus told his disciples not to do it.
