You are so far off

They abuse SBA 8(a) loans for minorities. That's how they buy 10 stores. Not living in squalor. They live in squalor because they come from a 3rd world shithole and are used to it.
Many don't live in squalor. They drive Mercedes, Jags, Porsche while their "nephew" runs the Purple Cow Chevron's with attached wing joint. They live in huge, expensive homes while their "uncle" man's the hotel front desk at the seedy hotel.

When the owner exhausts his tax breaks, he sells the property to an "uncle" or "brother" (another freaking Patel) and starts the whole racket all over again.

“ You can always buy a hotel or gas station if you want. They accomplish this by cramming two and three families into a 2,000 sqft house they rent then pool their money”

This is a bullshite statement

The abuse is using family members to obtain more, even though that family member is not the actual owner. Only on paper.

H1-B’s dominate the technology sector and have displaced hundreds of thousands of American workers.

If these H1-B’s were gone, Americans would fill the void and wages would increase.

Well, if you have a spousal visa, petitioners have to sign a legally binding document saying they will be 100% financial responsible for their future wife for 10 years. They are not to cost taxpayers, city, state, or federal fgovt any money and they are not to receive any govt services. Otherwise, they can send your spouse back to her home country or the husband will have to pay back every penny. This was 14 years ago. But I guess it's ok if it's not a US citizen involved to foot the bill right? SMFH!!!!

They should arrest them and make them build highways on a ration of .5 loaf of bread and 3 liters of water till they pay it off at a GS3 level.

Indians know this and used it to obtain loans for themselves, then they put a gas station in their sister's name, another in their mom's name, and so on.

If you want to be able to do tricks like this to get govt loans and direct assistance aa a white man, become a farmer.

AI fact check of Stout's posts:

Mixed — some real, well-documented facts buried in an explanation that's mostly wrong or unsubstantiated.

What's actually true:

Indian Americans, overwhelmingly from Gujarat, do dominate this industry — estimates put it at roughly 40-50% of US convenience stores/gas stations and around half of US motels. That's real and well documented.

Where Stout is wrong or unsupported:

- The mechanism is misdescribed. SBA 8(a) is a federal contracting certification program (helps businesses win set-aside government contracts), not a "0% down vs. 10% down" loan program. The actual low-down-payment SBA loans (7(a), 504) work the same way for every applicant regardless of race — there's no race-based down payment tier. That specific claim doesn't check out.

- The "Trump's SBA changed it framing gets the timeline backwards. The automatic racial presumption of "social disadvantage" for groups like Subcontinent Asian Americans existed since 1986. A federal court (Ultima Services Corp. v. USDA/SBA) ruled it unconstitutional in **July 2023**, and SBA stopped applying it then. The current SBA under Trump has been formally rewriting the regulations since 2025-2026 to make that race-neutral standard permanent — so crediting Trump's SBA with originating the change isn't accurate, though his administration is finishing the job.

- The fraud/nepotism allegation is unsubstantiated. Splitting ownership among family members to buy multiple stores isn't inherently loan fraud — it's how most small family businesses scale, Indian-owned or not. Stout offers no evidence of actual fraudulent loan applications, straw buyers, or SBA enforcement actions; it's an assertion, not a documented pattern.

The actual, well-researched explanation for Indian/Gujarati dominance in this sector: chain migration starting in the 1970s-80s, family labor (unpaid relatives cutting labor costs), tight community and trade-association networks, low barriers to entry (no degree/credentials needed, useful for immigrants whose foreign credentials weren't recognized), and reinvestment of profits into more locations. None of that requires — or is evidence of — loan program abuse.

As it should be. We need to get back to a pure merit system for any immigration we allow. No more incompatibles or third world low-lives.
