Now the playing field is leveled out, but that is the reason Indians have overtaken gas stations. Not because they all live together as that idiot Bama fan is trying to say.
Ok got it. It was an advantage to be a minority for SBA loans.

I agree with this. No snap or Medicare path to green cards.

FYI, they live together because that is just what they do culturally.
So they aren't doing it to save money? Then why do they move out when they have enough cash to buy a home? Make it make sense! Indians DO NOT get loans for homes or cars. They will live 20 deep in a house if they have to until they have money to purchase with cash.

SBA loans are not some huge challenge to get, so let’s find out what the issue is.
But it still doesn’t add up to abuse.
The abuse is using family members to obtain more, even though that family member is not the actual owner. Only on paper.
Also, I didn't argue that they were hard to get. I pointed out that one requires 0% down and the other at least 10%. The 10% is an obstacle for many to obtain one station, much less multiple.
Try to slow down and read so I don't have to repeat myself.

You cant even get a 30 day business visa to a place like Thailand without submitting bank records to ensure you wont mootch off of their public assistance programs.

You're making a lot of assumptions based on your own need to be correct

I don’t mind that SBA modified to remove disadvantaged minorities.
It was a loophole.

It still exist FYI. It's just no longer automatic. Now they have to prove the hardship. I am not sure what the burden of proof is now.

Yep and used to take over all of our gas stations.

Your tone was blaming Indians, even though they weren’t doing anything illegal.
That’s the same kind of talk where people blame rich people for taking advantage of tax loopholes.

Dude, if I know that I can get only one 0% loan to buy one business, but I really want two, so I ask my mom to put it in her name and lie about who really owns it, what would you assume about that is legal? Not all Indians did this, but it was very common.
It's at the very least bank fraud and probably many other charges.
Comparing it to tax loopholes is ignorant.

There is no need for me to be 'correct'
Do Indians and Middle Easterners abuse SBA loans and have been for decades? I have no doubt. But, those two groups of people do not like to get any kind of 'loan' if they can avoid it which is why they will cram three or four families in a house and then start the circle of buying businesses that they then only employ their family members at to control overhead and costs/expenses.
Its a system most white folks aren't willing to do. Black folks either. It is what it is. Its well known and to deny this is lunacy.

It's almost like it's part of their culture and not part of ours or something crazy like that, as I pointed out earlier.

It was fricking awesome up until about 1999-2000 then started going to shite. Its a disaster now. You go through a neighborhood and every house has 6 cars in the driveway because there are 3 families living there most if not all who are illegal immigrants from some third world shithole.

Understood. Agree that bank fraud should be prosecuted. But aside from that it’s just unspecific accusations.
But it was a legal loophole. As they say, don’t hate the player, hate the game.

They. Move. Out. When. They. Have. Enough. Money. To. Buy. Their. Own. Place. In. Cash.
Its not hard to understand. They don't stay there forever like Hispanics will do.

To be fair, in Indian culture, there is a higher concentration of living with parents even after married.
Or they will have a family compound type of setup.
But you’re right, it’s to save enough to buy a house with cash.
