That dumb mayor has declared war on the police.
Chief and top 8 deputies all handed in resignations because they said they weren’t being allowed to do their jobs.

Sounds like some organized party "Lawn chairs and Lemonade part 3". Over 100 people there, about a dozen shot, 2 dead. Two suspects and one is caught.
But was the gun wearing a mask? Why are they holding a suspect and not arresting the gun? Did the gun have, no dont say it....an illegal magazine? I hope they throw the book at this gun.
In all seriousness, how do over 100 people gather in the early morning hours and no social intervention therapist is there to convince them to not break the law?
I do hope these responders "from all across the county" charge Rochester quadruple overtime to do the job that their recently fired police department was supposed to do.
Its 4am and still no description of those at the party, the victims, or the perpetrators....Coulter Rule in effect and counting.

The area of town looks like a well kept lower middle class neighborhood.
Lot's of shotgun shacks. But well taken care of.

The 2 fatalities are 1 male and 1 female. ages between 18-22.
The male is black. The video cut out when he was talking about the female, so I did not get that detail.
