This is the new BREAKING NEWS Story. The EMPTY folders are because Trump stole them. It is ridiculous.
Pray the Judge orders the special master today.
The DOJ SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS on day one for the warrant. She had to order them to do this.

look, he should have returned the empty folders. do you know how much folders are now? it could have been hundreds, if not thousands of pennies. they should throw him under the jail.

Well there were files in the folders, and now there are not. Not a whole lot of speculation needs to go into that. At some point, the files that he improperly took were removed from their folders while in his possession.

Who is the rat on the inside they claimed ratted Trump out? What did he call and tell the FBI? Hey, Trump took 24 pages of classified docs. FBI sent a huge crew over ASAP.

I haven't even seen where it's been definitively established that he legally cannot be in possession of documents that may be actually deemed "classified."

Another lie. The 45 office is a secure location under the protection of secret service, full surveillance, and vetted by the FBI for this exact purpose as recently as a few months ago. MAL was this administration's "Camp David" and functioned fully as an extension of the White House. And there is nothing untoward about a former president being in possession of such documents, since the threshold for classifying presidential communications is remarkably low - which is why the national archives and the FBI work with outgoing administrations (who maintain high level security clearance) to go through these papers over time - just as they did with the previous administration and the approximately 30MM documents they had stored in a facility in Chicago.
Take this sh*t elsewhere.
