How so? Why worry about the enthusiasm of people who will only vote for Biden in the GE?
Those who won't vote for Trump won't allow themselves to be brought on board anyway. Better they feel unenthusiastic and sit at home than to turn out in numbers for Biden/Newsom.

The "band of conservatives"(aka Rinos), miss the obvious. The party Rinos envision is not the same as what the voters desire.
This demonstrates the how upside down our political structure has become, rather than those elected to Congress representing the will of the people they act according to their own ideas.
