Unfortunately, judges are not always selected/elected on the basis of their ability to judge or follow the Constitution.

Ugh??? Yokelahouma,,,, if you're an attorney change your tampon. A Federal judge sees civil and criminal cases, by definition is supposed to be neutral and not activist. This judge did not oversee a case, he made a bench ruling which is not under his purview.
