Rob has no idea what is going to happen to him. Trump rebranded so many of his opponents and many never recovered.
Except Joe Biden, a dementia riddled corpse, who beat him in both a debate and an election.
in 2015 it was fresh and new, no one had seen anything like it before.
In 2023/24 its a sad fat old man yelling at clouds.

Let me guess....following the same gameplan as Trumps MAGA campaign? Without the iconic red MAGA hat. Not going to be that hard to get ready for something that has been used and built by Desantis' mentor.

Not at all. Very different.
Constant campaign events in smaller settings, where you can do 3 or 4 in a day, hitting different places and states.

Lol do we need to cue the “It’s real to me, damnit” wrestling gif???
You’re still clinging to a position that maybe less than 1% of the population agrees with.

Easy enough to google him, Orlando Sentinel, Daytona Journal, & WSVN are just a few of the articles that highlighted at the time. There are plenty of examples other than that. I would say it was the scare tactic of the left that was the biggest reason. I’m for Desantis but I’ll take Trump first

Just read something he's stopping at all 99 counties in Iowa during this trip.

Ron is going to shred geezer Don.
Trump melted against potato brain in his last debate.

If that is true, that is because they, like you, are ignorant to the existence of the executive orders. They aren’t hard to find. Google it. There are 31 pages out there.

Ok. Sound like a lot for someone who is the governor of a state. Especially since he was forced into the race at least half of a year earlier than normal.

Said every liberal and media outlet after that debate.

Go rewatch it. It’s one of the worst debate performances ever.

People seem to gloss over the fact that he closed roads into his state as well as restricting movements in his state. If you didn’t have a Fla license plate you could not enter
And it was the smart move back when we were being warned that this was the apocalypse. But he quickly saw through the BS and moderated, which is what I expect a good Governor to do.
Meanwhile, Trump was criticizing Sweden for their no-lockdown policies, and giving guidance to states to lockdown.
And I don't think Trump's covid record was bad, just that it was not nearly as good as DeSantis'.

Virtually everyone that runs for office is holding a current office. He will be fine.
He's already doing far far more events than Trump and Trump is a billionaire retiree with no job

100 events with 50 people each or 5 events with 30,000 each…I’ll take the latter.

Yeah, the party that has lost the popular vote every election of this century except for one - George W Bush in 2004 - is now going to win three elections in a row? That hasn't happened since 1980 to 1992.

Cool. There's a reason why strategy 1 has long been uber effective in primaries.

Hey, dipshit, you said he didn't let them enter. Go back and do your own fricking research. He made them quarantine. How in the ever loving frick can he make them quarantine if he doesn't let them enter???

The Florida Highway Patrol will install checkpoints on roadways crossing the Alabama state line. Visitors from Louisiana will be told to isolate for 14 days and will be required to tell troopers where they plan to stay. That information will be relayed to local authorities."

I would ask the question again, but you just answered it. You really are that fricking stupid.

But none are running a state like FL. He already showed he would leave the state to campaign during a State of Emergency he signed, but having to jump off the campaign trail to focus on his state during one will be a big added mental strain. Even if a positive. And there is not a single other person taking any of this run as serious as Desantis is going to have too. Maybe Vivek and Haley think they can do it, but neither have a legit chance.

SMFH....now a being a "retired billionaire" former President does nothing that others would consider being a job. I guess other billionaires like Buffett and Soros don't do anything either. Interesting negative.

Yes
But Desantis & his followers deny it even happened. Looking back obviously they played politics vs using some common sense. I’ll will enjoy having either, I just would prefer to have at least a shot at Trump first and Desantis as VP to destroy what can be realistically done
