Still think Ted Cruz would be a better choice.

Not a popular opinion because Cruz isn't a board favorite.

But I agree wholeheartedly. Cruz is an actual Constitutional scholar.

Yeah. Supports government restrictions strictly to protect favored industry. That's socialism. You wouldn't agree that's the case because you're a Republican and not a conservative, but it's socialism, by any definition. I don't want socialists on the USSC.

Desantis on the Supreme Court?
id take it. It would also be pretty hard to not get him in. Just wish he'd be replacing Roberts. Desantis is a good leader, and SCOTUS is in dire need of that

Just wished somehow Trump would be able to get Roberts to retire. Maybe TMZ can figure it out v

What policy favors a specific industry?

I know he helped strengthen the python hunting industry.

I guess by your definition that is socialism

Dream job for a lot of people. Politicians have to continuously campaign every time they are up for reelection. It's even more difficult if they want to aim for a higher political position. shite must get tiring.

Supreme. Anyone would be set for life.

The guy who thinks saying “Christ is king” is hate speech? No thanks. The most based choice would be Andrew Napolitano, but that won’t ever happen because he believes in the constitution exactly as written.

If you watch the whole thing and took into context it makes sense. Some people do use the phrase as a cudgel against Jewish people.

That said, offensive speech is still free speech and I believe he'd rule that way if he was on the court.

If you start running ideological purity tests you're gonna run out of candidates. I think Cruz would probably rule similar to Gorsuch and I don't disagree with Gorsuch often. You could do much worse than Cruz.
