Calm down there sweetheart. No one is hitting on anyone in this thread. No need to get all frustrated. We are simply having a discussion.

Do you normal cite sources which arrive at a conclusion contrary to your own?
It’s kind of fun to do it when the conclusion is contrary to the source’s own evidence. Not that you could do it.
Cuz you know. You’re almost retarded.

On redirect questioning, Blackwell asked Tobin why no bruising was found on Floyd's neck or injuries to his hypopharynx. "I wouldn't expect anything to be found there," he said, "because the effects are not something that will remain at the time of autopsy."

Fentanyl over doses cause respiratory failure. It doesn't matter if it due to a normal overdose or whether he swallowed his stash when the police stopped him.

Type of guy that won’t question the media because the media hasn’t reported on lack of trustworthiness of the media.

Lol. That’s why they always check for those. Because they won’t be there at autopsy?
I’ll bet you believe that 4 out of 5 dentists recommend chewing gum.

This is exactly what it is.

ME: *cites testimony given under oath by medical experts*
Random social media user: “It’s patently obvious that this pulmonologist, critical care specialist, physiologist, and recognized expert in respiratory failure is wrong.” (offers no citations, follow-up, or reasons why)
ME: “Ok.”

Are you referring to the report from the county medical investigator which concluded that it was a homicide due to “cardiopulmonary arrest” from “law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression”?
Read it again. Take it slow this time. The report you linked is not calling those words a conclusion.
It also appears that you intentionally misquoted the title.
CASE TITLE: CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION
You obviously chose to add the word “from” because of the obvious misleading effect that would have to alter the truth.
He died during an acceptable law enforcement technique (subdual, restraint, and neck compression). That doesn’t mean it was the cause of death.

WHOOPSIES!

Andrew Baker, the chief Hennepin County medical examiner, who performed the official autopsy on Floyd's body. He testified that he stood by his autopsy finding that Floyd's death was a homicide caused by "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression".

Doctors are wrong all the time. Medical mistake are estimated to be the 3rd leading cause of death in this country. In fact you could make a highly lucrative career as an attorney focusing on nothing else.
Anyone who lived through Covid should be painfully aware of this.

Me: Do they always check for those physical markers in cases where asphyxiation is a suspected cause of death?
The world: In fact, they do.
Me: Why would they do that if those markers would never be there by the time of autopsy?
You: Hurr durr, I’m retarded. Let me post “WHOOPSIE” and a link I don’t understand.
