The autopsy clearly stated he suffered no such injuries to his neck, spine, or airways. He died of fentanyl poinsoning. Floyd was an idiot and a drugged out loser, a general drain on society, the police still tried to get him help and called an ambulance (what kind of murderer calls you a squad to rescue you?) You are emotional about it, and can't accept the truth or facts.
