“What would give him the right to disarm Keltner?“

Absolutely nothing would give Doloff the right to disarm Keltner, except muh white supremacy , fascism, yadayadayada

I posit that a reporter is approaching a participant in a recent confrontation to ask him questions about that confrontation.
Considering the mere seconds available for the second confrontation to transpire, a more plausible theory is he probably took his picture. And that may have angered the victim. But that still does not set the conditions for Dolloff to put his hands on him and then draw his weapon after he is slapped in self defense.

Bumping, this fell off the page and obviously hank forgot about it. Really interested in his high IQ analysis on how “reasonably believe” doesn’t actually mean it has to be reasonable.

Can you link a clip of Dolloff doing something that would justify Keltner taking a swing at him? We know for a fact that Keltner is the one who closed the distance between them.

My people are freedom loving Americans who believe in the right to self defense. Rittenhouse did nothing wrong. And yes I'm voting for Biden.

Maybe Dolloff will get convicted.. but I will always presume the guy who got hit in the face is acting in self-defense.

Getting hit in the face doesn’t mean you can kill someone. You’re a bitch arse.

LOL. Sure you do.

You people are terrible at lying. You aren't talking to your friends here. This board isn't full of violent retards.

I'm pretty sure my first post here was very open about it. I would love to vote for a moderate republican but I'm afraid they are not competitive in the current Republican party.

If I believe drawing my firearm is necessary to stop someone from hitting me again then I am well within my right to do so. At least in most southern states.

I suggest you consult with some people smarter than you before you do any of that. So pick anyone who’s not licking a window.

Texas Penal Code 9.31. “a person is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to protect the actor against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful force.”

I hope I never am in a situation where I have to decide. I avoid situations where conflict is likely.. you're not going to see me at any protests or counter-protests.

Most of us don't live in a world where you have an obligation to retreat.

That is not lethal force in this situation. And if you think it is you are going to prison.

Now post the one from Texas code about “deadly force” instead of just “force”. TIA

Hopefully I never find out. You live in a strange world where it seems like I'm supposed to voluntarily take an arse beating from a guy twice my size who could seriously injure me.

You are (poorly) moving the goal posts. He was struck. He can use reasonable force to respond. That is not lethal force.

Don’t be a contrarian dumbass. We already have one in this thread.
