It's never a bad time to tell the truth. You should give it a try sometime.
I already did, in this thread illustrating my long-term point so well. I'll re-post it for you:

I don't have one. It's not my term.

The biggest hurdle for those who like to use it is related to legitimacy. When they start attacking legitimacy blindly, it devolves down into a "It's lawfare when done to my team, but not lawfare when my team does it to the out-group". That's basically the general definition of its use by the MAGA sect (and why they give definitions so rarely and defend the rare offerings even less often).

No he wasn't. He was rightly saying that the courts are overstepping their authority by getting involved in minor personnel and operational issues.
If you have a power, and then people criticize you for using the power in an incorrect manner, it doesn't mean you don't have the power.

we don't all get to type responses on our work computer at the Law Firm while simultaneously billing clients. Good for you though.
That's bordering on per se defamation.
No, it's not... borderline. Do I get to file for discovery now or after the suit is filed?

Refresh my memory. When did Trumps DOJ/FBI:
1) Raid the home of a former President?
2) Indict any member of the Obama/Biden Administration over bogus charges in 4 different jurisdictions?
3) Try to remove a Democrat candidate from the ballot?
I'll hang up and listen.

Did you say the same thing when Biden's vax mandate was enjoined?
Haven't you pounded your chest about being conservative and wasteful spending?
Strange how all of you are for it now. Siding with the democrats again you are.

Has nothing to do with hiring and firing officers of the United States

I don't do billing work, much, if at all. That would be illegal to do other things and bill clients. There is a nasty meme that has developed on here implying illegal acts by me that are completely untruthful.

My comment wasn't about the merits, only the power of the courts.

That's getting into the merits, which is a different discussion than what my post covered.
I gave no commentary on the propriety (one way or the other) of the merits (in either case).
Then why are you even commenting? The merits are everything.

According to the text the law provides the President can terminate based on specified actions “inefficiency, neglect of duty or malphesance”. Given everything we know it shouldn’t be hard to prove all three of these as his job is to protect whistleblowers and protect federal employees that report fraud, waste and abuse.
If they didn’t specify this in his termination it’s just sloppy.

Not at this point.
Just look at threads like this
First you attack the legitimacy of the power and then you try to invalidate it entirely. That's why establishing the power itself is important.

She’s the former. Privileged Jewish upbringing and Ivy League pedigree, Harvard undergrad and law, Obama appointee.fun fact: she defended Bill Jefferson in his criminal trial. Here is a pic of the judge and her husband, a Republican who served in the Bush administration.

OK, it's established. Now what?
