She’s going for an open seat in District 57. The GOP holds a 4 seat majority in the Assembly.
Looks as if the Dems have had a strong hold on that seat. But it was ranked as “one to watch” this year. The incumbent is running for the VA Senate. This district takes up a lot of Charlottesville, so that should tell you all that you need to know.
That would be a nice pick up.
And good for the State GOP doing work.
