According to BLS non-farm employment data from July 2018 to July2019, most southern states such as Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama, and others were able to achieve roughly one percent employment growth; however, Louisiana was the only state in the nation to have lost jobs over this time period.
The BLS found that Louisiana had lost one thousand jobs, unlike the rest of the United States, which had experienced record job growth.

So many users since last night that have not been active here.
Too afraid to put themselves and their positions out there but happily show up after to claim a 'win'.

We actually aren’t 50th in everything. I mean, there is tons of room for improvement, but it’s not like we are the absolute worst.
This is the mindset that we will never overcome. We are not “the absolute worst”. It’s mind boggling.

OH yea 49th. Sorry. I feel much better now.

It would be more helpful to agree with the lies that we actually are 50th in everything, right? That would surely be good for the state. You can just hold me personally responsible for Louisiana’s shortcomings.

At least you’re being honest now.

but the middle class is the perplexing part. Is it self loathing, cuckholding, or a sheer desire to watch the world burn?
like i posted in Wednesday's thread, the LAGOP is having a major branding problem for urbanites (which is where most middle/upper middle class people live). it's not fashionable or socially acceptable to support people like Rispone and the GOP just refuses to work on that

49th isn't last. Look at the bottom.
We are going to stay in this block unless something drastic happens. Nothing Rispone said would get us out this clump. ..
US state economies ranked. US news

You also have to think, when the collapse happened and all these other states were losing jobs, we were recovering and gaining jobs.

Glad you see us being at the bottom as win.

Many aren't active here that were years ago. The main reason is this board is very far right and it isn't really an open playing field for discussion.

Where did I say that’s a win? You have a pattern of making things up and posting them as if they’re gospel.

He may not have, but we KNOW JBE will do nothing to push us up. So, why stay with him. And if Rispone failed, we vote could have voted his arse out too.

It’s the general lack of maturity here. If someone has an unpopular opinion, the collective response is personal attacks instead of actual discourse.

Right. Things weren't so bad in the Bush days but after Obama this place became shite.

All one has to do is provide some facts to help support their opinion. I think it should be more common, whether coming from the left or right.
I'm against JBE and the other day on here there was talk in an anti-JBE thread about him hooking his buddies up. I asked for a source/link and got nothing. It made me question the claim even though it would have supported my views.
