There's zero chance he doesn't have dementia. He's always been nuts, but now his faculties are gone. He's unable to complete a thought or sentence. He's also maneuvering feebly. He's having trouble walking properly.

I talked to my liberal Aunt yesterday and told her that Biden was failing mentally. She said WHERE did I hear that cause that was bs and crazy talk. I bet her $5 that Biden will be replaced within 1 year. She only watches CNN.
